A strategic website refresh for an evolving London clinic
Surgicare London is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic offering non-surgical treatments across Marylebone and Cockfosters. Led by an expert team of trained Surgeons and GPs, the clinic focuses on advanced injectables and non-surgical treatments designed to rejuvenate, reshape and redefine the face.
Aesthetic Web originally designed and built the Surgicare London website in 2020, creating a professional platform that reflected the clinic’s clinical standards and made it easier for patients to book online. As the clinic grew and the brand evolved, the team returned to us for a full website refresh.
The goal was to create a lighter, brighter and more refined look and feel that better reflected the clinic’s current identity and in-clinic experience. The new website needed to feel polished and modern, while still maintaining the credibility and trust required for a medical aesthetics brand.
A key part of the project was preserving the educational value of the existing website. Surgicare London already had detailed treatment and condition-led content in place, so rather than removing this, we refreshed it within the new design direction. This helped protect the strength of the site while improving the overall presentation and user experience.
The refreshed website now gives patients a clearer journey through the site, with more intuitive treatment pathways, stronger calls to action and better visibility of key areas such as online booking, membership benefits and clinic updates. The result is a more cohesive digital presence that supports long-term visibility, patient confidence and ongoing growth.
